1975 NIT Basketball Tournament

The 1975 NIT was a single game elimination tournament, consisting of sixteen (16) teams. All games were played at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. The Princeton Tigers coached by Pete Carril claimed their first NIT title by defeating the Providence Friars in the championship game. Ron Lee from Oregon was named the tournament MVP.
