1969 NIT Basketball Tournament

The 1969 NIT was a single game elimination tournament, consisting of sixteen (16) teams. All games were played at Madison Square Gardens in New York City.. In the championship game the Temple Owls coached by Terry Driscoll claimed their second title defeating the Boston College Eagles. The tournament MVP was Terry Driscoll from Boston College.
