The 1996 CIAU Womens Basketball Tournament consisted of eight (8) teams competing in Quebec City, Quebec. The tournament was held March 8 to March 10, 1996. Manitoba defeated Toronto with a 81-77 win (Overtime) in the final of the CIAU women?s basketball championship.
