The 2007 CIS Womens Basketball Tournament consisted of eight (8) teams competing in St. John's, Newfoundland. The tournament was held March 9 to March 11, 2007. Simon Fraser defeated Alberta with a 72-68 win in the final of the CIS women?s basketball championship.
