CIS Womens Basketball 2004 Championship Tournament

The 2004 CIS Womens Basketball Tournament consisted of eight (8) teams competing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The tournament was held March 12 to March 14, 2004. The University of British Columbia defeated Regina with a 60-53 win in the final of the CIS women?s basketball championship.
