CCAA Hockey Champions
The CCAA Championship Bowl was donated by the College of Cape Breton in 1975 when they hosted the first Canadian College Athletic Association (CCAA) National Hockey Championships. In 1996, the award was renamed as the Al Bohonous CCAA Championship Bowl in memory of the former Mount Royal College athletic director. (In 1992, the CCAA Challenge Cup was awarded due to the format of the championships.) Dixcontinued at this time.
