Fred Page Cup is now awarded to the BCHL Champion. Previously the Subway (Nat Bailey) Cup was presented to the team winning the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) playoff championship. The trophy was originally donated by Nat Bailey, then the then owner of the White Spot Restaurants. In 1995-96 Subway have become the official sponsor of the championship.
