NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Past Daytona International Speedway Past Qualifiers Winners (Gatorade 125's)

These 2 races of 50 laps each determines the starting positions for drivers 3-30 for the Daytona 500. The first 2 starting positions (pole and outside pole) are determined by the routine qualifying rounds.

All drivers who qualified with an odd number position will be in the first 125 mile race with the pole sitter of this qualifier, being the pole qualifier for the Daytona 500.

The second 125 will consist of all drivers that qualified with an even numbered position and the pole sitter for the second race will be whoever qualified 2nd (outside pole) for the Daytona 500. The drivers with the 1st and 2nd starting positions for the Daytona 500 are not obligated to conclude the Gatorade 125's and may leave the track at any time after the green flag is dropped as they already have their positions secured.

The 125's decide the starting positions for drivers 3-30 selected from the top 15 in each of the 125 races.

Daytona 500 Qualifiers Past Winners * designates 100 miles rather than 125 miles.
