Heidelberg Raceway - Cup Series Race Winners

The NASCAR Cup Series is a stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR (the National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing). NASCAR’s premier series had been known as the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series since Jan. 1, 2017, rebranded in 2020. It holds races over the season at tracks located in the United States both road courses and ovals. Although the roots of the series was in the use of "stock" manufacturers vehicles, todays cars are custom built automobiles powered by custom built V8 engines.

Heidelberg Raceway - Cup Series Race Winners

Heidelberg Raceway was an American auto racing track which was built near Heidelberg, Pennsylvania. It held weekly races and numerous special events between 1948 and 1973. It held four NASCAR Strictly Stock/Grand National Series and one NASCAR Convertible Division race between the 1940s and 1960s.The original track was a 0.50-mile dirt track that eventually had a 0.25-mile track cut into its infield. The tracks shared part of a straightaway that existed in front of the main grandstands. Over the final years of the tracks existence, there was also a figure-8 course being used within the quarter-mile section of the track.. Both tracks were paved before the 1967 season. The track hosted NASCAR's premier Grand National series off and on from 1949 to 1960.
